Ingredients
5 large chicken breast
olive oil
butter
6 oz cream cheese
½ cup pepperjack, shredded
½ cup mozzarella, shredded
½ cup cheddar, shredded
¼ cup bacon, chopped
¼ cup jalapenos, diced
4 tbsp alchemy jalapeño sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sage, minced
1 tsp rosemary, minced
1 tsp thyme
salt

Directions
Step 1
Slit a deep horizontal pocket along the top of the chicken breast. Once all the chicken breast are slit dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
Step 2
Drizzle on a few drops of olive oil and generously seasoning with the blend of spices listed. (Combine these spices into a small bowl to create a seasoning blend)

2 tsp rosemary

1 tbsp mealzac poultry seasoning
Step 3
Set the seasoned chicken breast aside.
Step 4
In a small bowl combine softened cream cheese along with the other listed ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Add the cream cheese filling to a piping bag and stuff into all 4 of the chicken breast. Make sure to push down the filling with a spoon to stuff the chicken as much as possible.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 7
Heat a large non-stick skillet, cast iron or grill pan to medium high heat. Drizzle in olive oil and add butter.

Add the chicken breast and sear on both sides for 3-5 minutes per. Or until the chicken is lightly blackened/ golden brown. Now drizzle the chicken with lime juice.

Once all the chicken is cooked, bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken has reached 165 internal.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy! I chose to eat this with cilantro lime rice and roasted asparagus.
